When can I expect to receive my order?

Your items will be dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. You will receive updates when you place you order, and when the item is dispatched along with tracking information. The courier responsible for delivering your items may provide you with an estimated delivery day, and/or delivery time.

Which couriers do you use?

We believe in providing our customers a reliable service, which is why we work with at least 6 major couriers, such as Royal Mail, Evri etc.

How can I track my order?

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email to inform you along with tracking information. You may also receive updates from the courier once the item is out for delivery.

How can I cancel or amend my order?

As our dedicated teams work very quickly to get your items packed and dispatched, it is not possible to amend or cancel any orders once they are placed. This is due to the short time frame our teams have in between.

My item is damaged - what can I do?

If your item is damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item along with a photo. You can find ways to contact us here. Once we receive your communication, our teams will review the issue raised and work with you to either arrange a refund or replacement. We do not refund r exchange items if they are not damaged, or without cause. Please ensure you review the size guides in advance of ordering your items.

Why has my item not been delivered yet?

Please attempt to track your item via the courier tracking information provided. If you have any issues with locating this, or your order please contact us. Please do note, that once items are dispatched we are unable to guarantee the day/time the courier will deliver if they are expecting delays.
